What matters to you?
What are you willing to fight for?
What has to happen before you will take a stand?
We all have our personal limits.
We also have our own tolerance levels: for pain, endurance, and discomfort.
Speaking up for ourselves is easier than taking a stand for others.
But when you see injustice, oppression, or inequitable treatment in action, I encourage you to say something.
It doesn't have to be huge.
You don't have to burn the house down.
It's enough if you cause one person to pause and think.
Step by step, we have the power to create a more just and equitable future.
Finding those moments--and the modicum of courage required to take a stand--that's your challenge this week.
Let me know how it goes by connecting with me @trulykristi on social.
Til Tuesday!
