Yeah, me, too. I love marking completed tasks off my list. It’s sooooo satisfying!
But this week I challenge you to make a different kind of list.
I want you to make a TO DON’T list.
Write down everything you don’t want to do anymore.
For example:
- Sick of letting ___ walk all over you?
- Hate complaining about ___?
- Feel horrible after _____?
- Don’t like how ____ makes you feel?
Put that all on your TO DON’T list!
